On this website, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Wall Art Society.


1. Shipping Destinations

This Shipping Policy applies to deliveries to the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, and all other countries where Wall Art Society delivers.

Delivery availability may depend on the destination country, product type, production location, carrier availability, and fulfillment partner coverage.

If delivery to a specific destination is not available, this will usually be shown during checkout or communicated by our customer support team.


2. Made-to-Order Production

Wall Art Society sells made-to-order wall art products.

This means that products are printed, produced, and prepared specifically for each customer after an order has been placed.

Wall Art Society works with Gelato as a production and fulfillment partner. Orders may be printed, packed, and shipped by Gelato or one of its affiliated production partners on behalf of Wall Art Society.

Depending on the product and delivery destination, orders may be produced as locally as possible through Gelato’s international fulfillment network.

Wall Art Society remains the seller and your primary point of contact for all order-related questions.


3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free of charge unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Paid shipping options, such as express shipping, may be available depending on the destination country, product type, carrier, and fulfillment availability.

Any applicable shipping costs will be shown during checkout before the order is placed.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Order cut-off time: 17:00 CET
Orders placed after 17:00 CET may be processed on the next business day.

Processing time: usually 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Processing may include:

  • Order verification.
  • Production preparation.
  • Printing.
  • Packing.
  • Handover to the carrier.

Because products are made to order, processing time may vary depending on production capacity, product type, order volume, destination, and fulfillment availability.


5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated total delivery time, including processing and transit: usually 4 to 6 business days.

This means that most orders are expected to be processed, produced, shipped, and delivered within approximately 4 to 6 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • Production capacity.
  • Carrier delays.
  • Customs processing.
  • Seasonal demand.
  • Public holidays.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed and help find a suitable solution in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and applicable law.


6. Carriers and Logistics Partners

Depending on the destination, product type, production location, and availability, orders may be shipped through carriers and logistics partners such as:

  • DHL
  • DPD
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • GLS
  • Royal Mail
  • USPS
  • Canada Post
  • Local postal services
  • Other regional or international carriers

This list is not exhaustive and may vary by country, region, carrier availability, and fulfillment partner.

Wall Art Society may work with third-party production, fulfillment, shipping, and logistics partners, including Gelato, to process and deliver orders.


7. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.

You can use this tracking information to follow your package through the carrier’s tracking system.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If tracking does not update immediately, this does not always mean that the package has not been shipped.


8. Production and Shipping Locations

Orders may be produced and shipped from different locations depending on the destination country, product type, production capacity, and fulfillment availability.

Because Wall Art Society works with Gelato and other logistics partners, orders may be produced as locally as possible when available.

In some cases, orders may still be shipped internationally.

The exact production or shipping location may vary per order.


9. Import Duties, VAT, Customs, Taxes, and Additional Costs

Depending on the destination country, production location, shipping route, and applicable tax rules, VAT, sales tax, customs duties, import fees, local taxes, carrier handling fees, or other charges may apply.

Where required, applicable VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes may be calculated during checkout or included in the order price.

Because Wall Art Society works with production and fulfillment partners, including Gelato, products may be produced and shipped from different countries depending on the customer’s location, product type, and fulfillment availability.

In some cases, an order may be produced locally or regionally. In other cases, an order may be shipped internationally.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout:

  • Any applicable taxes shown at checkout are charged as part of the order.
  • Any customs duties, import fees, local taxes, or carrier handling fees not collected at checkout may be requested by customs authorities, postal services, courier companies, or other official bodies.
  • Any charges requested by customs authorities or carriers that were not included at checkout are the responsibility of the customer, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Wall Art Society cannot reimburse charges that are imposed by customs authorities or carriers and were not collected by Wall Art Society at checkout.

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect a package, or does not pay required customs, tax, or carrier charges where applicable, and this results in return shipping, storage, processing, disposal, or other costs, the actual costs incurred may be charged to the customer or deducted from any refund, within the limits allowed by law.


10. Delivery Issues

If your package is significantly delayed, held by the carrier, held by customs, marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Your full name.
  • The e-mail address used when placing the order.
  • Your tracking number, if available.
  • A short description of the issue.

If your order appears to be lost, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

We may start an investigation with the carrier, fulfillment partner, or production partner.

If the order is confirmed as lost, we will usually arrange a replacement shipment. A refund may only be offered if a replacement is not available, not reasonably possible, or required by applicable law.


11. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us before returning anything.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging.
  • A photo of the shipping label.
  • A short video if needed to clearly show the issue.

The issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item.

Important: do not return the item on your own initiative.

After review and written approval, we will usually send a replacement product free of charge. This will normally be the same item, or an equivalent alternative after consultation with you.

A return is only required if we explicitly request it in writing and provide return authorization and instructions.


12. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure, delay, return shipment, storage costs, additional carrier fees, or loss of the package, these costs may be charged to the customer within the limits allowed by law.

Once an order has been processed or sent to production, it may not always be possible to change the delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address mistake after placing your order.


13. Failed Delivery, Refused Packages, or Uncollected Packages

If a package cannot be delivered, is refused, or is not collected by the customer, additional costs may apply.

These may include:

  • Return shipping costs.
  • Carrier handling fees.
  • Storage fees.
  • Processing costs.
  • Reshipment costs.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, non-collection, or failure to pay applicable charges, Wall Art Society is not responsible for the failed delivery.

A replacement, reshipment, or new order may require additional payment.

Any actual costs incurred may be charged to the customer or deducted from any refund, within the limits allowed by law.


14. Returns and Return Address

Wall Art Society does not provide a standard public return address for made-to-order products.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving written instructions.

Because our products are made to order and fulfilled through production partners, including Gelato, returns are not automatically accepted and may not be possible in many cases.

Returns sent without written approval may be refused, not processed, or may not qualify for a refund.

15. Dutch Company Address

The Dutch address of Wall Art Society is an administrative company address only.

It is not a return center and should not be used for returns.

For returns, only the return instructions confirmed in writing by Wall Art Society may be used.
