The webshop is hosted by Shopify Inc.
Unless stated otherwise, all texts, images, product visuals, designs, graphics, logos, layout elements, artwork previews, product descriptions, and other content on the website are protected and owned by Wall Art Society or its licensors.

5. Order Fulfillment Partner
Wall Art Society works with Gelato as a production and order fulfillment partner.
This means that certain products may be printed, produced, packed, and/or shipped by Gelato or its affiliated production partners on behalf of Wall Art Society.
By placing an order with Wall Art Society, you acknowledge that your order may be fulfilled through Gelato’s international fulfillment network. Depending on the product and delivery destination, your order may be produced locally, regionally, or internationally.
Gelato may handle parts of the production and logistics process, including printing, packaging, shipping, and related fulfillment services.
However, Wall Art Society remains your seller and primary point of contact for:
- Customer service.
- Order questions.
- Shipping questions.
- Returns.
- Refunds.
- Replacements.
- Complaints.
Any questions about your order should be sent directly to:
Gelato is not the seller of record. Your purchase agreement is with Wall Art Society.
6. Made-to-Order Products
Most products sold by Wall Art Society are made to order.
This means that products are produced specifically after an order has been placed, based on the customer’s selected design, size, product type, material, and delivery details.
Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Because our products are made to order, standard returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, wrong product type selection, personal preference, or incorrect customer-provided information are not accepted unless required by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
7. Product Information, Prices, and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, prices, images, colors, dimensions, materials, and availability as accurately as possible.
However:
- Product information, prices, and availability may change.
- Colors and details may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen settings.
- Minor variations may occur in printed wall art due to production methods, materials, sizing, printing techniques, or display differences.
- Product previews are digital representations and may not be perfectly identical to the final printed product.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders in cases such as:
- Obvious errors in price or product information.
- Suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
- Logistical impossibility.
- Product unavailability.
- Restrictions in the destination country.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Payment issues or failed payment verification.
If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.
8. Product Variations and Color Differences
Product images, mockups, and previews shown on the website are digital representations.
The final printed product may differ slightly from what is shown on screen due to:
- Screen brightness.
- Screen color settings.
- Device type.
- Printing method.
- Paper type.
- Ink behavior.
- Production conditions.
- Material differences.
- Size and format differences.
Minor color differences, slight alignment variations, or other small differences within normal production tolerance are not considered defects.
Because printed products are physical items, Wall Art Society cannot guarantee that colors will appear exactly the same as on a digital screen.
9. Orders, Payments, and Correct Information
The customer must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:
- Full name.
- Delivery address.
- Billing information.
- Contact details.
- E-mail address.
- Payment information.
The customer is responsible for checking all order details before purchase, including size, product type, design, material, delivery address, and contact details.
We may request additional information to verify, secure, or process an order.
If incorrect or incomplete customer information results in failed delivery, delay, return shipment, storage costs, additional carrier fees, or other costs, these costs may be charged to the customer within the limits allowed by law.
Once an order has been sent to production or fulfillment, it may not always be possible to change or cancel the order.
10. VAT, Sales Tax, Customs, and Additional Charges
Depending on the customer’s country, state, province, region, production location, shipping route, and applicable tax rules, VAT, sales tax, customs duties, import fees, local taxes, carrier handling fees, or similar charges may apply.
Where required, applicable VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes may be calculated during checkout or included in the order price.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout:
- Taxes shown at checkout are charged as part of the order.
- Additional customs duties, import fees, local taxes, or carrier handling fees that are not collected at checkout may still be charged by customs authorities, postal services, courier companies, or other official bodies.
- Charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers that were not collected by Wall Art Society at checkout are the responsibility of the customer, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Wall Art Society cannot reimburse external customs, import, or carrier charges that were not collected by Wall Art Society at checkout.
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect a package, provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or does not pay required customs, tax, or carrier charges where applicable, the customer may be responsible for any resulting costs, including return shipping, storage, processing, disposal, reshipment, or replacement costs, within the limits allowed by law.
11. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, replacements, and related procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to these policies, including procedures such as:
- Order processing times.
- Delivery estimates.
- Return instructions.
- Replacement procedures.
- Reporting deadlines for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders.
- Track & Trace requirements.
- Conditions for refunds, replacements, or store credit.
Customers must not send returns without prior written approval and confirmed return instructions from Wall Art Society.
Because our wall art products are made to order and fulfilled through production partners, including Gelato, standard returns are not automatically accepted.
For approved damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders, the primary solution will usually be a replacement. A refund may only be offered if a replacement is not available, not reasonably possible, or required by applicable law.
12. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Checking all order details before placing the order.
- Selecting the correct size, design, material, and product type.
- Providing a complete and correct delivery address.
- Providing accurate contact details.
- Monitoring tracking updates.
- Collecting the package when required.
- Paying applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier fees where required and not already collected at checkout.
- Reporting damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders within the required timeframe.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect eligibility for a replacement, refund, reshipment, or other solution.
13. No Tax Advice
Information on this website about VAT, sales tax, customs, import duties, or similar charges is provided for general informational purposes only.
Tax rules may vary by country, state, province, region, product type, order value, production location, shipping route, and customer status.
Wall Art Society may update tax handling, pricing, checkout settings, or shipping processes where needed to comply with applicable rules.
